Ordering
To make a purchase browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy to the ‘Shopping Cart’. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked to fill out a simple registration form and set up a login name and password. Once you have registered with us you will not have to repeat this process the next time you visit the shop. You will just need to enter your login name (email address) and password. If the item is in stock it will be shipped out within 3 days, if not it will be made for you and shipped within 3 weeks. When ordering belts please state which size you require. If a different size to those listed is required please state measurements when ordering.We are happy to make to any size but cannot be held responsible if the item does not fit once made to measurements specified by the customer, so please make sure you measure accurately.

Payments
All prices and payments are in pounds sterling only.

By Credit Card
Once you have registered/logged into the site you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can pay by credit or debit card. PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards.
Your payments are made in a secure environment. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you do not wish to pay online you can pay over the telephone. After receiving your order confirmation email Faster Pussycat will call you to take your payment details, alternatively you can call us on 07910 800011. Your details will be kept strictly confidential.

By Cheque
We accept UK cheques only. If you would like to pay by cheque you will need to select this option during the checkout process. Please note that if you opt to pay by cheque, goods will be dispatched when funds have cleared in our bank, usually 7 working days from receipt. Please write your name, card number, order number and telephone number on the back of your cheque.

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly in the online shop. If you have any queries, please email info@faster-pussycat.co.uk or telephone 07910 800011.

UK Delivery
All orders will be sent by first class Special Delivery via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Please make sure to tell us if the delivery address is different from the billing address. Every order shipped will have a unique reference code that can be used to track the parcel. The postage and packaging costs will be added to your sales total during the checkout process. UK shipping charges vary with the size if the item. See billing.

Overseas Delivery
We are able to send items outside the UK. Overseas delivery is charged according to size and weight and will require a signature on delivery. Faster Pussycat is not responsible for the customs, duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders.
Please note Faster Pussycat cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us at www.info@Faster-pussycat.co.uk or on 07910 800011 within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Your statutory rights are not affected.
